Tender description

Estates maintenance services required for c70 mental health buildings primarily in North West London and an option for a high secure Hospital for a partner Trust based in Berkshire. The proposed contract is for a minimum 5-year period with a and 2 annual extensions from 1 April 2021 with a potential break at 3 years. The scope of services includes PPM, Reactive, M&E, Fabric and associated services (such as energy management, projects and minor works) comprising of a mix of site-based and mobile solutions. Lot 1: The provision of estates maintenance services to c70 Mental Health units on behalf of the Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust and option to provide services for a High Secure Hospital in Berkshire. The services required are: • management and governance; • Helpdesk and CAFM; • buildings M&E and fabric repairs and maintenance (including a planned preventative and reactive service); • grounds and garden maintenance; • minor improvement works; • works/project management. The procurement will be undertaken under the restricted procedure in accordance with regulation 28 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Approximate timescales are as follows: 11 August 2020 - SQ 7 September 2020 to 9 October 2020 — tender period 15 December 2020 — anticipated award date (post standstill) 1 April 2021 — contract commencement. These dates are indicative and could be amended prior to the procurement exercise. This notice is an advance of the SQ to assist potential supply partners to consider tendering and setting time aside to do this.
