Early Market Engagement - Environmental Price Analysis

Early market engagement exercise to inform future procurement activities in relation to environmental modelling and price analysis. Zero Waste Scotland is conducting an early market engagement exercise to understand the current capacity and potential for the provision of services to model the prices associated with the environmental impacts of pollutants and emissions in Scotland, in accordance with International Life Cycle Data (ILCD) methodologies and indicators, or equivalent. Suppliers capable of operating within this area are invited to register their interest via this Notice. This will allow a short questionnaire attached to this Notice to be downloaded for completion. The questionnaire contains questions relating to available knowledge and experience, skills and qualifications, capacity and ability to deliver services within a Scottish policy context. Completed questionnaires should be returned to the email address provided in the questionnaire itself by no later than 06 August 2020 to allow responses to be processed, collated and analysed to help inform future procurement requirements. Questionnaires may be completed and returned after this date. However, Zero Waste Scotland cannot guarantee that any information provided after the stated deadline will be included in the analysis of responses.
