The IBTS wishes to tender for a managed service contract to support their IT Infrastructure. The IBTS is seeking an innovative service partner who can provide a process driven, proactive, managed service that is flexible enough to integrate with its existing requirements while operating to the highest standards and facilitating future developments. The service provider will be expected to provide a 24/7 service desk, on-site desk-side support, back office Infrastructure support and service management operated under a single managed service.
