Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council would like to appoint a consultant team to undertake an Environmental Improvement Scheme in Glengormley to create a citizen centric urban space in the town centre which will include: revision of road layout to create additional public realm and improved traffic flow, provision of granite paving & kerbs (8,100m²), street lighting, street furniture, soft landscaping to Antrim and Ballyclare Roads.
