Tender description

This specification of work details Walsall Council’s requirement from a support provider in relation to the Council’s Oracle Cloud One Source Project, The specification sets out the associated support requirements for the contract period. A review of support requirements will take place during the first 6 months of support as the Council continues to understand the support requirements of the business. The Council requires a level 3 functional and technical support service for all its instances of the Oracle cloud application. This will include: • Oracle Cloud Service Administrator Support, • Cloud Update Support and Release Management, • Oracle Cloud Technical Support, • Oracle Cloud Functional Support Report Writing Development (Optional Requirement).
