Tender description

The construction of a new ground floor link corridor to facilitate access to a new lift to be constructed to the external façade of the 1873 building in Blackrock College. The works will involve the construction of a new lift with link corridor providing access to 3.no levels, including the construction of new internal protected corridors and associated site works. The Jubilee Hall platform lift works will involve the removal of the existing external platform steps and the construction of new stepped access and platform lift with associated site works to provide universal access to the Jubilee Hall at Blackrock College.
