Tender description

This tender exercise is being undertaken to establish a framework of appropriately qualified consultants to supply consultant services for new build (possibly some refurbishment) projects across Scotland. Combined consultancy architect lead design team, (architect brings the quantity surveyor and employers agent, civil structural engineer, building services engineer and principal designer). Architect and related services as set out in the scope of requirements in the ITT. Quantity surveyor and employers agent and related services as set out in the scope of requirements in the ITT. Civil and structural engineer and related services as set out in the scope of requirements in the ITT. Building services engineer and related services as set out in the scope of requirements in the ITT. Principal designer and related services as set out in the scope of requirements in the ITT.
