• Successful adoption and integration of the Office 365 toolset within the Arts Council • Promote collaboration and data sharing internally within Arts Council, and externally within the Arts Sector • Provide a secure, stable environment which supports employee mobility • Provide a better environment for meetings, making it easier for people to meet and connect online • Ensure the Arts Council is cloud readiness in line with Government Cloud First guidelines. • Ensure staff are trained both in use of Cloud Technology but also in use of Microsoft Tools. • Support for highly secure data and records management across the organisation.
