Window Requirement for Luckham Road – Future Opportunity

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP Council) are currently requesting expressions of interest from suppliers who are interested in providing a quote for future contract requirement for windows and doors at a housing development in Luckham Road, Bournemouth. The new build development comprises of 3 dwelling houses and a 2 storey block of 6 flats built to passivhaus standard including a total of 58nr windows, 5nr front doors, 5 nr rear doors) It is anticipated that the successful supplier will be required to commence these works on 16 November 2020. The Council will be issuing a quote request for these requirements to suppliers who meet the following criteria: • All products must meet Secured by Design certification (ideally to meet PAS24/2016). • Windows & Doors must meet the U Value requirement: psi<0.37W/mK • All products must be installed in strict cohesion with passivhaus airtight design requirements. If you would like to be included in this quote request, and meet the criteria above, please register your interest via the link above.
