Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is seeking to create a Multiparty framework (Cascade System) for the drawdown of Development, Advisory & Support Services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Office 365 products. It is envisaged that Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council will require access to professional services for a range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Office 365 products requirements including, but not limited to, the following: -Systems/Business Analysis -Solutions Development -Systems Maintenance -Dynamics 365 Support -User Adoption, Knowledge Transfer, Change Management and Training. -Mobile Solutions -Trusted Advisor -Documentation -Build to Share -End of contract handover
