Tender description

Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) Contact Centre and Associated Services. The solution is a scalable Avaya Aura private cloud solution with advanced contact centre functionality for up to 100 RBG agents. The contract will be for hardware, software and support services on a three (3) year contract term. Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) is seeking to award a contract for its Contact Centre and Associated Services on a three (3) year contract term. The solution will be a private cloud Avaya Aura solution with advanced contact centre features for up to 100 RBG agents and the contract will include: 1) hardware, 2) software, 3) implementation, 3) planning and installation, 4) full service management, 5) support, and 6) training. The system will provide a working from home solution for the contact centre and a robust system moving forward that fits closely with the Councils digital strategy. As RBG moves towards services reopening as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic and staff returning to the office RBG will have reduced capacity in the Contact Centre due to the social distancing requirements. This option will provide a solution at the earliest possible opportunity to better balance the number of staff physically in the office.
