To provide broadband infrastructure to rural businesses in Buckinghamshire that currently have no next generation access (NGA) infrastructure provided with a download speed greater than 30 mbps utilising the National Broadband Scheme (NBS) 2016. Additional funding may become available during the contract life. Should this occur the value of the contract may increase. Deployment must complete by 31 December 2021 — there is a requirement for the delivery of wholesale services for 7 years post completion of the deployment date.
