Tender description
A direct award to the incumbent provider in light of the present Covid 19 pandemic to ensure that the Council has Supported Living Services to tenants in separate properties at Bathgate and Uphall Station. A direct award for supported living services to 8 adults with profound and moderate learning disabilities with high support needs based in two locations in West Lothian: Gideon Street, Bathgate EH48 4HD (premises owned by Barony Housing Association) and Pumpherston Road, Uphall Station which is owned by the incumbent provider. A direct award is required to ensure continuity of care for vulnerable service users during the present Covid 19 pandemic.
