Tender description

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of the University of Limerick (UL) (the ‘Contracting Authority’) invites tenders (‘Tenders’) to this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) from economic operators (‘Tenderers’) for the appointment to a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the ‘Services’). In summary, the services comprise: This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a multi party framework (‘Framework’) for the supply of staff learning ad development services for the University of Limerick (UL). Suppliers/trainers will primarily serve UL’s Human Resources department, however contracts for services may be required for other departments across the University.
