Tender description
The purpose of this pre-selection questionnaire (‘PSQ’) is to enable the contracting entity to evaluate the suitability of applicants and to arrive at a shortlist of potential suppliers for smart tickets. It is intended that following PSQ evaluation, a number of applicants will be invited to tender for the supply and delivery of smart tickets. It is proposed that the contract will be for a 3-year period with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions giving a total of 5 years. Value is based over 5 years.
