Tender description
To meet the statutory requirements of the SEND Code of Practice 2014 and updated for the provision of an independent third party mediation and dispute resolution service, which can be accessed in cases where disagreements have arisen over the support given to children / young people with special education needs, Kirklees Council has commissioned Community Accord to deliver the following between 1st July 2020 -30th June 2021
