Concierge and fire warden services (meaning waking watch) for Newlon Housing Trust Estate — East London. The service consists of four main elements: Concierge, Inspection and Patrol; key holding and the office. Concierge service 3 sites –all now 24 hours but one reducing in due course. Some blocks and estates have a full concierge and CCTV service, those blocks also receive the patrol and estate inspection service. The concierge offices also monitor CCTV on behalf of other buildings. The service consists of four main elements: concierge, inspection and patrol; key holding and the office. General duties include: Reporting communal repairs Inspecting all public parts of the building and cupboards. Checking that keys and access arrangements are working. Arranging key cutting where necessary Checking plant and equipment for faults Ensuring fire doors are shut.
