Tender description
To upgrade almost all current Walkways (approx 2Km) along with Main Car Park and External Playground Areas (approx 2,000Sqm) with a high-quality Tarmac Coating while bearing in mind Wheelchair accessibility, general Safety, types and frequency of Vehicular Traffic along with varying degrees of footfall in each of the respective sections. Attached RFT Document broken down into phases as follows; Phase 1 Walkway lengths = 776 Meters Phase 2 Walkway lengths = 747 Meters Phase 3 Square Metered Areas = 2,109 Sq Meters Phase 3 Adjacent Walkway lengths = 163 Meters Important - Please read attached RFT document very carefully for full information and requirements.
