Tender description

Direct award to the incumbent provider for registered residential care provision. West Lothian Council have a need for registered residential care and require to continue to purchase 8 residential care beds at 2 The Steadings, Humbie Farm, Kirknewton EH27 8DS, whilst an ongoing review of registered residential care by the Council's Senior Management Team progresses. As the full impact of COVID 19 is unknown in terms of both West Lothian's workforce and the provider, to ensure continuity of care for service users during this period, it is proposed that a direct award is made to the incumbent service provider for a period of 12 months.
