The list of assets we are disposing of will include (but may not be limited to): • One Plasser and Theurer RM900 Ballast Cleaner • 44 Plasser and Theurer MFS-D and MFS-SB Wagons, • Two Plasser and Theurer 09-3X Tamping Machines • One Plasser and Theurer USP5000 regulator. All the vehicles scheduled for disposal are currently in operation as part of Network Rail’s own track renewals fleet. During 2020 Network Rail will be disposing of on-track machines, on-track plant, wagons and associated spares and equipment that are surplus to our operational requirements. The list of assets we are disposing of will include (but may not be limited to): • One Plasser and Theurer RM900 Ballast Cleaner • 44 Plasser and Theurer MFS-D and MFS-SB Wagons, • Two Plasser and Theurer 09-3X Tamping Machines • One Plasser and Theurer USP5000 regulator All the vehicles scheduled for disposal are currently in operation as part of Network Rail’s own track renewals fleet. Details of: • the specific assets for disposal • technical and maintenance documentation, and • viewing arrangements. Will be circulated to interested parties who respond to this PIN, together with the deadline for the submission of bids. Further on-track machines from the Network Rail fleet may also be disposed of in due course and details of those vehicles will be provided to interested parties as they become known. Interested parties will be expected to have the capacity to arrange for the removal and transport of the vehicles. Interested parties are requested to respond to this notice stating their interest and providing contact details for their organisation, or the organisation they are representing if applicable. A brief summary of the intended future use of the machines and/or wagons is also requested.
