Tender description
The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) require a competent Assessor/Contractor in place to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all its relevant domestic and non-domestic buildings. Each EPC Assessor who conducts the works must be registered on the Scottish EPC register. The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of Energy Performance surveys and certification, including providing electronic certificates and registration on the Scottish EPC Register for properties throughout Scotland Year 1 consists of 135 domestic and non-domestic properties and year 2 surveys will be requested mainly on an ad-hoc basis.
