PE20-379 Landscaping and Ground Maintenance Tender for Sligo Business Park and B&T Park Finisklin

Tender description

Fixed price contract is for for Sligo Business Park and B&T Park Finisklin for a period of 36 months from 1st August 2020 to 31st July 2023. The Contractor must allow for and include all estimated increases in material and labour costs over the three (3) year period of the contract. The amounts tendered will be deemed to be inclusive of all increases over the period of the contract. Landscape & Ground Maintenance of the following areas: The entire Entrance Areas, Roads, Roundabouts, Footpaths, Hedges, Trees, Boundaries, all Verges and Open Spaces. See the attached maps and full specification. It is essential that the landscape contractor visit the sites before tendering to become acquainted with the full nature and extent of the works and to ascertain all local conditions and restrictions likely to effect the execution of the works. No claims arising from failure to do so will be considered. Site to be attended at least once a week. Ground Maintenance work to be carried out weekly unless otherwise stated. Subject to performance:- Reviews will take place every 6 months. All relevant landscape maintenance standards shall be Irish Standards / British Standards.
