Thanet District Council requires the provision of a cashless parking service for parking in the District of Thanet. The contract must include parking locations for on street and off street parking. Each parking zone has a different location number. The council currently offers this service for all parking locations and currently has approximately 218 000 cashless parking transactions per year. A motorist must be able to book a parking session over the phone and via an application. The parking sessions must be in line with the council’s current fees and charges https://www.thanet.gov.uk/services/parking-fees-and-charges. The contract is for 3 years with a single option to extend by 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council.
