East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Project Manager to appoint and lead a multi-functional design team to provide consultancy service for the Neilston village regeneration education campus project (Phase 1) East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-functional design team to take the Neilston village regeneration Phase 1 education campus project through all work stages including RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) through to completion of stage 6 (Handover and Close Out). This project will be delivered in line with Scottish Government guidance on construction procurement and will be operated as a BIM level 2 project. This procurement is for a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team which is Project management led. This appointment will incorporate all disciplines required for the design of the Education Campus required disciplines including: Cost Consultant Architect Landscape Architect BIM Manager Civil and Structural Engineer Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) Engineer Acoustician
