QS Cost consultancy Services London Borough of Newham is seeking QS Cost Consultancy services to support the ongoing Regeneration of Custom House (CH) as part of the wider Canning Town Regeneration E16. The focus of this piece of work is to monitor cost build up as the pre planning design is worked up for the purposes of a Ballot and outline planning application with detailed planning applications on selected ‘Kick Start Sites’. In order to manage cost risks and commercial viability, Key Stage Reports will be required to feed in to the wider viability modelling at key stages in advance of the Ballot in October 2020 and planning submission in February 2021. The Custom House Regeneration comprises 2 Phases with a further ancillary site north of Phase 1 identified as an early site forming part of a wider strategic decant strategy. For the purposes of this Invitation to Tender; 1. Phase 1 (also known as Areas 6 and 19). 2. Phase 2 (also known as Areas 4, 5 and 18). 3. Vandome Close and Freemason Road (also known as Area 6 North, and not included in the Phase 1 Masterplan).
