Louth County Council is seeking a suitably experienced company to provide mobile CCTV monitoring for the purpose of monitoring dumping and littering at various location throughout County Louth. Monitoring may be covert or overt depending on the circumstances of the issue as will be outlined. Monitoring will range from short duration monitoring of 1 week to long term monitoring of up to 3 months.
