The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its full members consisting of 24 UK Universities. NWUPC set up and manage framework agreements which are established to ensure compliance with the European Procurement Regulations. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of a framework agreement for washroom services for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of a framework agreement for washroom services for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC. To this end, NWUPC are seeking the input of the market on a number of areas to help inform the structure of the framework agreement and the scope of requirements. It is anticipated that the services within the scope of the agreement will include: the collection and disposal of sanitary and other forms of non-hazardous offensive waste; collection and disposal of clinical and sharps waste, the provision of hand care products including dispensers and dryers, air care products and replenishment services, vending solutions, matting solutions, water management products and services, first aid products and replenishment services and the supply of other washroom related equipment and consumables.
