Tender description
A direct award to the incumbent provider in light of the present Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that the Council has supported living services to tenants in separate properties at Bathgate and Uphall Station. A direct award for supported living services to eight adults with profound and moderate learning disabilities with high support needs based in two locations in West Lothian: Gideon Street, Bathgate EH48 4HD (premises owned by Barony Housing Association) and Pumpherston Road, Uphall Station which is owned by the incumbent provider. A direct award is required to ensure continuity of care for vulnerable service users during the present Covid-19 pandemic.
