Tender description

Direct award to the incumbent provider for registered residential care provision. West Lothian Council have a need for registered residential care and require to continue to purchase 8 residential care beds at 2 The Steadings, Humbie Farm, Kirknewton EH27 8DS, whilst an ongoing review of registered residential care by the Council's Senior Management Team progresses. As the full impact of Covid-19 is unknown in terms of both West Lothian's workforce and the provider, to ensure continuity of care for service users during this period, it is proposed that a direct award is made to the incumbent service provider for a period of 12 months.
