BAE Systems are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the supply of various metals and associated value-added services across its Air, Land (Munitions) & Maritime sectors. Acting through the UK Head Office Group Procurement team within BAE Systems UK and working alongside the Supplier Management teams in the Air, Land (Munitions) and Maritime sectors, we are looking to improve competitiveness and efficiency and to understand the capabilities across our combined supply chains. Following this EOI stage suitable companies based on size and capability to discharge this task will be selected for the next phase of the activity and will receive a full Request For Proposal (RFP) in due course - currently expected to be issued in late July 2020. It is anticipated that a 2 year framework agreement covering all metals will be established by the end of 2020 to cover years 2021 and 2022. You should include in your EOI the following information to allow evaluation: Company name, size (turnover, number of sites, employees numbers etc), current customers, current value add services (treatments, warehousing, logistics, machining etc.) and which metals you are able to supply - please do not send hard copies of your EOI in the post as we are currently working from home and unable to receive this information Please note that the deadline for Expressions of Interest is 12 noon on 24th July 2020
