The Irish Management Institute are seeking to replace the current finance system with a modern off-the-shelf FMS solution that supports the following high-level capabilities: • Purchasing • Accounts Payable • Bank & Cash • Project costing • Accounts Receivable • Workflow and Transactions Processing • Budgeting / Forecasting • General Ledger • KPI and management reporting / Dashboards • Time Reporting (optional) • Fixed Assets (optional) • Interfaces to CRM, Sage Payroll, and the e-Commerce website • Strong security • Remote access support The ideal solution should be SaaS based and allow single-sign-on capability. It should interact closely with Microsoft technologies and products.
