<p>The Council is seeking to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the delivery of post-16 education and training services. Following the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and using the Restricted Procedure, Delivery of Post-16 Education, Learning and Training programmes. • Category 1: Study Programme (16-19 years) • Category 2: Traineeships (16-18 years) • Category 3: Traineeships (19-24 years) • Category 4: Adult Education Budget (19 years +) Further Categories may be added throughout the duration as requirements change.
