Tender description

Tenders are sought for the development of a multi Supplier framework agreement for a Innovative Irish Language Programme for children in junior infants to sixth class in Mainstream schools. The Department of Education and Skills recognises the need to provide an Integrated Irish Language Teaching Programme to guide and support the teaching of Irish in English-medium primary schools. This programme will be based on the implementation of the Primary Language Curriculum from Infants’ to 6th Class. It is acknowledged that curriculum reform challenges many teachers and it is hoped that this integrated programme will support the successful implementation of the new language curriculum.
