Tender description

To remove existing, and supply and fit new gas fired boiler, LTHW radiators & valves only heating system and Merlin Gas Control Panel The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the provided Bill Guide, Drawings, Work Notes, Schedules, costs as per corvid-19 addended documentation for onsite special measures and Specifications. It is highly recommended that tenderers visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works required and the corvid K document measures as no reparation/additions can be paid at a later date for the lack of such knowledge. For access to site please contact Stewart Dalgleish 07703 886504 And The Bridges Centre, Rosyth. 01383 602337 Grace Summers Isolate, disconnect and remove plantroom existing boiler, pump, cylinder and all accessories. Also remove and dispose existing radiators and valves but leaving their original pipework for re-use. Supply and install new plantroom gas fired boiler, flueing, pipework, insulation, expansion vessel and new building LTHW radiators & valves only and all associated controls and Merlin Gas control panel and system all to form a complete and functional heating and hot water system all as per M(5-)001, M(5)002, M(59)001 & Corvid 19 document K special onsite measures. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received.
