Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking an experienced contractor to undertake disabled adaptations to both Private and Public Sector Housing. Due to current contractual arrangements, the exterior adaptations contract will not commence until 1 April 2022, with Interior Adaptations commencing on 1 April 2021 The current Capital budget is approximately GBP 1 000 000 per annum with an additional revenue spend of approximately GBP 250 000 per annum. Please note that these are current predicted budgets but not a guarantee of spend. Disabled adaptations.
