Tender description

The consultant is required to perform the role of ‘critical friend’ in supporting the development and processing of business cases through the various stages (Early Feasibility, Strategic, Outline, Full) and through the TS-IDM governance process. The role of the Consultant is summarised as ‘review, challenge, recommend’, with the ultimate aim of improving the quality and consistency of business cases to support a more efficient & effective route through Scottish Government governance & assurance framework.
