East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced project manager to appoint and lead a multi-functional design team to provide consultancy service for the Neilston village regeneration education campus project (Phase 1). East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced project manager to lead a multi-functional design team to take the Neilston village regeneration Phase 1 education campus project through all work stages including RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) through to completion of stage 6 (Handover and Close Out). This project will be delivered in line with Scottish Government guidance on construction procurement and will be operated as a BIM level 2 project. This procurement is for a multi-disciplinary design team which is project management led. This appointment will incorporate all disciplines required for the design of the education campus required disciplines including: Cost consultant Architect Landscape architect BIM manager Civil and structural engineer Mechanical and electrical (building services) engineer Acoustician.
