Tender description

The Ministry of Justice works to protect the public and reduce re-offending and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims/public. The MOJ is a government department with a total headcount of 78 429 employees (Feb 2020). The MOJ’s employee base is diverse and geographically dispersed. The MoJ are seeking a contract to deliver enhanced reward and recognition including a peer to peer scheme, retail discounts, employee rewards partnerships, a complimentary rewards package and a cashback scheme. The MoJ would like these services to be accessible via an online platform and mobile application. The anticipated term of the contract will be 2 years from service commencement date with the option to extend (in accordance with the terms of the contract and at the authority’s discretion) for a 1 year period.
