Award of a contract to undertake further architectural services for a proposed extension to an existing extra care facility known as 'Llys Awelon' located at School Road, Ruthin, LL15 1JG. Architectural services to undertake further detailed design work for a proposed extension to an existing extra care facility known as ‘Llys Awelon’ located in Ruthin where a contract for preparing designs and supplying a detailed report for an initial option appraisal for the site, participating in consultation meetings with client and user groups, preparing further design options for a range of different potential design scenarios, providing a computer rendered video presentation, developing designs for the option of temporary residential accommodation on the site, resolving planning and technical requirements for a temporary catering facility located on the existing car park and providing full architectural services for RIBA Work stages 1-3 including the submission of a planning application for the proposed extension and the securing of detailed planning permission has already been awarded.
