Harrow Council is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver a Managed service for Supply of staff for Special Needs Transport. The provider will manage the service requirements for the provision of driver and passenger assistants, including on-site supervision, staff attendance management, provision of replacement staff, and co-ordination on all matters relating to this provision of staff. The provision of these services includes: — transportation of circa 1750 service users to schools in the boroughs of Harrow and Brent, — transportation of 250 Adults to day centres and other activities. The Council intends to undertake this project via the OPEN Procedure July 2020, Please note that this notice is not a call for competition.
