Contract No. CP19-10-SL1, South Leitrim Unfinished Housing Developments At Beal na Leice, Keshcarrigan, Cluainn Alainn, Carrigallen, & River Meadow, Dromod, Co.Leitrim. This project consists of Site Resolution Works in South Leitrim on Unfinished Housing Developments at Beal na Leice, Keshcarrigan, Cluainn Alainn, Carrigallen, and River Meadow, Dromod. The works to be carried out consist primarily of works to improve and make safe the listed estates. The Site Resolution Works will consist of the following: – Construction of new sewer lines Removal of existing foul & surface water sewers and reconstruction of same Repairs to Pumping Station Relaying of surface water sewers Construction of road gullies and manholes Internal remedial works to manholes Raising / lowering of Ironwork – Gulley gratings & manhole covers. Replacement of Ironwork Construction of new footpaths. Repair of existing footpaths. Repair of existing roadways. Repair of existing kerbing. Tarmacadam Works including New Repairs and Overlay Works Works to watermains. Construction of Bulk meter chamber Service & repair sewerage pumping stations Installation of line marking & signage. Erection of fencing.
