Tender description
The works will entail the removal of the existing flat concrete tiled roof covering to include battens and roofing felt and disposal of same. The instillation of a new slated roof covering of circa 675m² on battens and counter battens on breathable felt underlay onto existing duo pitch roof truss @ 600mm c/c, 30° roof pitch. Works will also entail new fascia, soffit, guttering, eaves and ridge ventilation, remedial works to chimney of boiler house, velux bulkheads and damaged ceilings internally in the building. Installation of new attic insulation and painting / decoration of internal classroom ceiling and walls.
