Tender description

Reactive paramedics located at London based train station, with the ability to attend passengers who are sick on board train services. With the flexibility to move between a number of stations to assist with medical support. The following is the anticipated description of this procurement: Deployment of one team of 2 people for 8-hour shifts between: 6.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00 Monday – Friday. Situated at London Bridge, but with flexibility to move between London Terminals and Other stations within 0-8-mile area (Lewisham for example) to help with incidents, with scope to work in other London terminals as required, by supplying them with valid duty passes to use the services as a fast method of reaching the stations. To work in conjunction with train operator team members, under the direction of control centre. Provision of staff available to cover special events (Such as sporting events) — as an option to cost. Ability to cover short notice when required – E.g. staff sickness. Provide their own full kit and maintain medical supplies, including auditing and reporting as required. Provide relevant reports weekly to the contract manager once awarded.
