Expressions of Interest sought from Building Contractors, for proposed renovation works on an existing warehouse at Bowling Green, Galway, to provide for a co-working space.

Galway City Innovation District (GCID) are seeking expressions of interest from Building Contractors who have a minimum turnover of between €1m and €3m for the proposed renovation works on the existing warehouse building on Bowling Green, Galway to provide for a co-working space. The works provide for the renovation of the existing warehouse building comprising 694 sq m over two levels, replacement/upgrading of the external fenestration and provision of a new access core over two levels comprising 66 sq m including fit-out of the interiors with new mechanical and electrical services, and finishes throughout. Interested parties should submit their expression of interest and include the following: - Brief resume of similar projects completed in the past five years including confirmation of turnover for the past three years; - Evidence of tax clearance status and current insurance policies; - Three referees in respect of recent similar projects completed. Brochures should not be submitted with the expression of interest. It is intended that a maximum of five contractors will be shortlisted for tender purposes.
