The Three Counties Energy Agency 3CEA (Contracting Authority) is issuing this PIN for participates in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on its own behalf and on behalf of other agencies and public bodies. The DPS will be coordinated and managed by 3CEA. Lot 1 of the DPS will provide consultancy services for Energy and Climate Action and associated projects.
