Cyclical External Redecoration and Associated Repairs to Social Housing 2020-25

Tender description

A programme of external repairs and decoration/re-decoration of external surfaces and internal common parts for the council's properties. The works may involve extensive preparations and general building repairs prior to re-decorating. The estimated proportion of the budget to be spent against each property for pre-decoration repairs and decorations works is: - 25% Repairs and making good - 75% Decorations/re-decorations The type of repairs that is likely to be required as a pre-decorating requisite may include but not be limited to: - Re-rendering - Re-pointing - Splining in to rotten timbers - Fencing repairs - Window and door repairs - Replacement of flooring (all types including liquid applied) - Internal plastering, etc. Keywords: Repairs, Decorations, Re-decorations, External Surface, Internal common areas, Buidings
