Tender description

The design and construction of 124 Nr housing units at the Former Pontllanfraith House site, Blackwood Road, Pontllanfraith, Caerphilly. The project will be procured electronically via Sell 2 Wales followed by a two-stage design and build tender for all works and conducted in a manner consistent with the JCT Tendering Practice Note (2012 Edition). As part of the initial notice, a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) will be issued to allow contractors to submit their interests for tendering.
