St Colman’s College is a voluntary secondary school under the patronage of the Archdiocese of Tuam. Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: • 1 x General Classroom 58.6 m2 • 2 x Construction Studies Rooms 149 m2 each • 1 x Construction Studies Prep Room 58.6 m2 • 1 x Project Store 12.3 m2 • 3 x SET Rooms 15 m2 each • Student & Staff Toilets 25 m2 • Locker Space 27.9 m2 Giving a Floor Area of 539.8 m2 Giving a Gross Floor Area (including circulation and partitions of 691 m2 and also to be demolished : 5 x Prefabs 48m2 each 1 x Existing concrete portal frame Construction Studies Room 150 m2 Total area to be demolished: 390 m2
