Ferde needs to renew the current main bank agreement. Tender contest procedure with negotiations The contest is divided into 2 phases. This is the prequalification phase. NOK 3.9 billion in toll revenues for 2020 from 25 toll money projects comprising 107 toll stations with approx. 290 million passes a year. The total depth is currently approx. NOK 22 billion. The planned new projects generate an estimated future requirement for credit for more than NOK 50 billion. All new loans in Ferde have security in a municipal and/or county sureties from one of the municipalities in south-west Norway. Ferde has a clear and defined objective to manage the business with a focus on the best possible cost-effectiveness and social benefits. Ferde therefore continuously works with i.a. obtaining the best possible financing for the new toll projects, while at the same time is developing good toll collection systems and financial follow-up systems that meet the specific requirements imposed on the company, cf. Bompengeavtalen [the Toll money agreement]. This agreement mainly includes the following: — group account system, — deposit of approx. NOK 1980 million, — credit arrangements NOK 60.7 million, — guarantees NOK 5 million, — payments system, 6 mill annual transactions, — system integration, — CM analysis.
