Tender description

Establishment of a framework of Heritage Professionals for the design of refurbishment of Units within the Carriage Works, London Street, Swindon and other heritage assets that SBC has an interest in. Lot 1: Lead consultant (including CDM principal designer, contract administration and cost control (QS)); Lot 2: Architectural; Lot 3: Structural engineering; Lot 4: Service engineering. Estimated agreement spend up to GBP 2 000 000 across the total framework term. The lead consultant will provide, cost consultancy, contract management and principal designer services to the client in accordance with requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 relating to Heritage assets that Swindon Borough Council own or have an interest in. Architectural services relating to heritage assets that Swindon Borough Council own or have an interest in. Structural engineering services relating to Heritage assets that Swindon Borough Council own or have an interest in. Mechanical and electrical (Service) engineering services relating to Heritage assets that Swindon Borough Council own or have an interest in.
